I think the worst thing about losing weight, is that you're NOT doing anything amazing or revolutionary, it's just that you're consistently making smart choices.
I mean, how awesome would it be when someone says "Wow! You're looking good! What are you doing?" to answer "Oh, you know, everyday I eat the leaf of a snarzleberry and then I jump on my right foot 7 1/2 times, followed by a quarter turn to the left, and then I stand on my head for 12 seconds. That's it!"
No, the magical cure is realizing that there IS NO MAGICAL CURE.
