I just finished filling out the FAFSA for the next school year. I have a ten year plan in regards to my schooling/future work experience. Of course, it all hinges on my getting my Bachelor's Degree. I have four classes this semester, Health & Wellness, Fundamentals of Math, Communications, and Foundational Perspectives of Education.
Meanwhile, Taylor is home from school today because she has strep throat. Her throat had been itching for awhile, and I told her it was probably allergies, and had her take an allergy pill every day. But it wasn't doing anything, and that is because she has strep. I feel bad that I don't feel bad about not taking her to the doctor sooner. You see, this is the girl that has absolutely convinced me that she has an ear infection/broken leg/etc many a time.... to no avail. She can be quite dramatic at times. How was I supposed to know that she was legitimately complaining this time around?
Also, Taylor and Thaddeus have art pieces that will be displayed at the King William Fine Arts Festival on Saturday. Except that students get in free, and parents have to pay $2 per person. Which means we probably won't be going. Because I think it's stupid to have to pay to go look at my kids painting. Stu.Pid.
