First up: a CIRCLE happy birthday banner/garland thing. (seriously, if anyone could ever clarify what they should officially be called I would love you forever.) It’s 5 inch circles, it’s pink, and there are spacers…. so you could string it up like a banner, or hang individual circles from the chandelier… like earrings. Pretty, pink, Minnie Mouse earrings.
