I have a few trips in mind that I would love to take. RVing across the country. Fiji. New Zealand. Mexico. And of course, Disneyworld.
A few years ago, two of my sisters interned at Disney, and we got the chance to take our kids. I was really nervous about the whole thing, because traveling with small children is never easy, but I have to say, it was the best vacation I have ever been on.
The Disney team is all. about. the kids. They cater to them in so many different ways, and make each child feel so special.
Like the time we were having a meltdown, and instead of looking the other way and ignoring us (which is what usually happens when there's a tantrum) the Disney staff brought us cookies and balloons. That was the moment I knew I wanted to make Disney part of our family tradition.
I want to stay at their resorts, and eat their food. I want to ride the roller coasters, and see the fireworks. I want to stay up late, then eat breakfast with Mickey Mouse and his gang. I want to do it all....
As soon as Taylor is 38 inches tall.
So for now, we wait, and we throw our coins into a jar, and we dream.
