I've been so ON this week. First up, I've started running. I use the term loosely because while I'm not necessarily "running," I'm not walking. And yes, I believe that if it's not walking, it's running.
Anyhow, I'm meeting up with my neighbor, who I manipulated into participating in an online biggest loser thing with me, three days a week, to "run." I was kinda disappointed when I weighed in and had only lost a pound; but then I took my measurements and you know what happened? I lost 3 inches off my waist AND a full inch off my hips. Lesson learned: always. take. your. measurements.
