Photobucket.
There I said it. It's truly the best thing ever. They have a few different account options. I, of course, recommend the FREE one. It's really easy to set up. And I also recomment installing their bulk uploader. You can upload 100 pictures at a time in minutes. It's amazing.
Now what should you upload into your Photobucket account? Digital Scrapbook Papers. You can find TONS of them online for free. Here are a few of the sights I heart:

Alright, it's more than a few, but hey, I'm nice like that. ALSO, if you sign up for the site newletters, they send out emails that contain freebies and they also let you know when the release new products.
Now, listen up! This next tip is VERY IMPORTANT. When you upload the papers, make sure that the image size is set up for the 17" screen! It's the max size you can upload with a free account. If you choose something smaller, then the paper will be the wrong size for later. Capiche?
Now, I order you to browse around and find all the papers you like.
Oh, and one more thing. A lot of times, when you're saving the papers? They'll be saved in a compressed (zipped) file. You left click on the file, select extract all, and voila, you're in business. Then you login to photobucket and start the upload process.
