The costumes were ever changing, as usual. Tad chose to be a cowboy, and I followed in Robin's footsteps and went as FrankenMommy. . .Blayne was a princess, or course, with sparkly "rear-rings", next we had Danny the Dinosaur, and Taylor, the Baby Cheerleader.
The houses we did visit were amazing. There were spooky ghosts, and scary spiders, and all sorts of creatures to give us the heebie-jeebies. And at the trunk-or-treat, one of the families converted their van into a maze, Tad just wanted to hang out there all night! Blayne was so cute asking for candy. She's say "trick-or-treat!!" and hold out her pumpkin, then whoever would put some candy in, but when they reached to put the candy in her pumpkin, the bowl was at perfect Blayne-height, so she'd help herself to some more. That crazy girl got more candy than anyone! And she was so cute that everybody just laughed and offered her even more. . . oh, the feminine wiles.
Okay, that's my sister in the picture with us. She was trying to help me tame the beasties, but as you can see, it wasn't quite working out. . . Oh, and you can't see it, but when Daniel would walk, his dino tail would wag. . . Gotta love those big round diaper bottoms!!!
